Directly responsible for 10 full-time employees and 43 EDS (Electronic Data Systems) full-time contractors in the support of the billing system of choice for MCI WorldCom. Manage billing research requests for IXplus and F&E (Facilities and Equipment) systems, accounting for 3.5 billion dollars in annual revenue. Support databases (DB2 and Oracle) on a global network consisting mainly of Windows 9X, NT and Unix. Provide 24x7 operational support to ensure billing issues do not impact SLAs (Service Level Agreements) by aggressively resolving billing issues both in and out of cycle to promote accurate invoicing. Quality services delivered to internal and external customers include on-demand reporting, billing research and audits otherwise unattainable through Customer Service channels. Develop queries to interact with AS400 databases containing worldwide organizational records as well as support Oracle front-end database. Issue and maintain user IDs based on security requirements. Prepare and deliver executive reporting. Conduct various levels of user training. Identify user needs and utilize SQL to support production department data requests. Utilize strong telephony experience as well as knowledge of COBOL, HTML, Unix, Oracle, F&E and IXplus. Quickly promoted to head the department due to dedication, performance and ownership of database integrity.

ADJUNCT FACULTY, San Antonio College, Alamo Community College District, San Antonio Texas, Computer Information Systems Department, (2000-Present).

Instruct two to three classes per semester in Operation Systems and Database Design and Implementation in the Computer Science department. Develop and promote curriculum framework related to subject content while simultaneously imparting working knowledge experience. Ensure adequate training in the identification and support of computer systems to adequately prepare future IT professionals. Plan weekly schedules, lesson plans, learning support centers and labs necessary for individuals and entire classes. Determine appropriate objectives for groups and individuals based on performance. Provides complete real estate service to clients throughout their real estate transaction in the Canyon Lake and San Antonio area. Specializing in residential and small business properties. Representation is imperative in the largest transactions of our lives.

UNIX/UNISYS DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR, USAF, (1996-2000).

Directly responsible for worldwide accessible database that included personnel, training, mobility, projects and materials with 400 users. Single-handedly installed emulation software, acted as help desk, provided training, controlled access, maintained and verified database accuracy. Maintained the source material and training files for a five state area. Developed and distributed training plans for database migration. Assisted during planning stages of conversion project, entailing movement from a Unisys Database system to an Oracle database system currently in use today. Distributed data for various business sectors in support of their mission. Increased database usage from 30% to 100% while improving database accuracy threefold.

CABLE SYSTEM INSTALLATION/MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST, USAF, (1992-1996).

Developed, designed, installed, relocated and performed maintenance on Telecommunication, Fiber Optic and LAN/WAN cable systems. Conducted training on LAN/WAN cabling systems. Tracked progress in Unisys/Unix database. Reported weekly progress utilizing Access and PowerPoint.

Led 20 employees, including staffing, training and counseling.
